Board of Directors: J. Richard Braugh

Rich Braugh is Senior Vice President of Investments for UBS Financial, is a respected business leader, as well as an active and committed community volunteer.  An American Leadership Forum-Silicon Valley Senior Fellow, he served as chair of the ALF-SV Board of Directors from 2005 - 2007. He has held the position of chairman of the Silicon Valley Arts Fund since 1993.  He co-chairs the major gifts committee for the capital campaign for Estrella Family Services and is a current board member of the San Jose Repertory Theatre, 1stACT Silicon Valley, Montalvo Arts Center, the Alliance of Artist Communities, and Downtown College Prep and is a former board member of the Arts Council Silicon Valley.  He has received numerous awards for his exemplary community service, including the Art Council Silicon Valley Spirit of the Arts Award in 2007, the Arts Council Silicon Valley Business Leadership Award in 1996, the San Jose Rotary Endowment Fellowship Award, the National Society of Fund Raising Executives Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year in 2000, the American Leadership Forum John Gardner Leadership Award in 2003, and the San Jose Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Leadership Award in 2003.
