Strategic Focus : Stronger Arts & Culture Industry : Leadership : MALI (Multicultural Arts Leadership Initiative)

Purpose: To grow the number of capable multicultural arts leaders to impact cultural and community policy and stabilize their organizations and businesses.

Outcome: A strong and healthy multicultural arts community whose leaders are impacting broad community policy.

The Multicultural Arts Leadership Initiative (MALI) strives to accomplish three goals:

1. to identify future and emerging multicultural arts leaders;

2. to develop and deliver a training program that will provide these individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to stabilize or grow their organizations;

3. to equip these leaders to participate in community-wide forums, initiatives and task forces as advocates for a strong and healthy multicultural arts community.
